If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

HWCC provides technical inspection, assessment, and execution services including but not limited to:

• Waterproofing systems (terrace, basement, and industrial)
• Industrial and decorative flooring systems
• Expansion joint treatment and sealing solutions
• Structural strengthening and concrete repair
• Geolining and protective coating systems
• Grouts, admixtures, and injection grouting

Service scope, materials, timelines, and pricing for any specific project are agreed separately in a written quotation or contract before work begins. Information on our website is provided for general reference and does not itself constitute a binding service offer.

Submitting an inquiry through our "Get Quotation" or "Contact" forms, or via phone or WhatsApp, does not create a binding agreement. A project is confirmed only once both parties agree in writing to the scope of work, pricing, timeline, and payment terms set out in a formal quotation or contract.

Site inspections, technical assessments, and root-cause analysis are carried out based on the information and access provided by the client. Recommendations are made in good faith based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection.

Payment terms, including advance payments, milestone payments, and final settlement, will be specified in the project quotation or contract agreed with each client. Any taxes, levies, or statutory charges applicable to the project will be communicated separately and are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where a workmanship or material warranty is offered for a specific project, its duration and coverage will be stated in the relevant quotation or contract. Warranties are subject to:

• Proper use and maintenance of the treated area by the client.
• No unauthorized modification, drilling, or structural alteration to the treated area after completion.
• Damage caused by factors outside HWCC's control, including but not limited to natural disasters, structural movement unrelated to our work, or third-party interference.

Except as expressly stated in a signed contract, HWCC makes no other warranties, express or implied, regarding the services provided.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate site information, timely site access, and any approvals or permissions required for HWCC's team to carry out inspection or execution work. Delays or issues arising from inaccurate information or restricted access are not the responsibility of HWCC.

You agree to use hwccindia.com only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.
• Copy, reproduce, or republish website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the website.
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious information through our contact or quotation forms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services provided by HWCC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
